THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO COMPANY APPLICATION No.847 OF 2017 IN/AND COMPANY PETITION No.47 OF 2014 ORDER:

C.A.No.847 of 2017 is filed seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Company Petition in terms of settlement agreed between the parties with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Company Petition, if the terms of settlement are not complied with. Learned counsel representing the respondent reported no objection for withdrawal of the Company Petition. C.A.No.847 of 2017 is ordered and the Company Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any, filed in the Company Petition shall stand closed.
