THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3205 of 2020 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.41 of 2019 of Mahabubabad Town Police Station, Mahabubabad District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 403 and 420 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

A perusal of the material on record would show that earlier, the anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court, vide orders, dated 02.04.2019, 22.04.209 and 03.03.2020 passed in Criminal Petition Nos.1680 of 2019, 1991 of 2019 and 8223 of 2019 respectively. Since there are no changed circumstances to entertain the fourth anticipatory bail application, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned within a period of ten days from today and file an application for bail before the Court concerned after giving prior notice to the Public Prosecutor, in which event, the same can be disposed of in accordance with law. ________________ JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI 10.08.2020 gkv
