Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.

Reiterating the written instructions, dated 15.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that after completion of investigation in Crime No.238 of 2017, the police filed charge sheet on 17.02.2018 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Sangareddy and the same is yet to be taken on file by the said Court.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition does not require further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
