THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL APPEAL SUIT NO. 310 OF 2015 JUDTMENT:

This appeal suit is filed challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 23.12.2014 in O.S. No. 1 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Addl. District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalath passed an Award dated 11.02.2017 and, hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the Appeal Suit is disposed of, in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalath. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ M.S.K.JAISWAL, J.
