This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not conducting survey of the petitioner's land in Survey No.151/36, Mombajipet Village, Lingampet Mandal, Nizamabad District, as per his application dated 01.01.2016, as arbitrary and illegal.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for parties that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 28.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. As the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid common order, dated 28.04.2016, this Writ Petition is also disposed of following the aforesaid common order and for the reasons recorded therein.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
