When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for appellant would submit that as per his information, the appellant/complainant died some time back, the particulars of Legal Representatives are not available and the information about the counsel appearing before the lower Court is also not available, and in these circumstances, the Criminal Appeal may be dismissed as abated. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
