HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13976 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5.

2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not considering the objections filed by the petitioner dated 22.04.2015 to the public notice dated 16.04.2015 inviting objections to the voters' list prepared by the third respondent.

3. It appears that the fourth respondent Society prepared a list of eligible voters of 120 members, and without considering the objections of the petitioner, submitted the same to the Deputy Registrar/Election Officer for further action. The elections were proposed to be held on 30.05.2015, but the elections could not be held on that particular date.

Now the learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5 states across the Bar that they would consider the objections filed by the petitioner to the voters' list prepared, and after consideration only, they will release the final voters' list and take action for conducting elections as per law. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. 4.

Recording the statement of the learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
