Petitioner is a resident of Vangamarthy Village. Petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the Memo dated 30.03.2013 where under Itukalapahad Gram Panchayat was granted de-silting operation. No interim order was granted by this Court. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel representing the 7th respondent informs the Court that W.P.No.11407 of 2013 was filed challenging the very same impugned order and the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 11.04.2014.

Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that desilting operations are now taken up by the Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation and not entrusted to any other person. 5.

Learned Counsel representing the 7th respondent fairly submits that the 7th respondent is not undertaking de-silting operation.
