Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Srinivas for respondent No.5.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation on 24.03.2017 to the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Manthani, but no action has been taken on the said representation so far. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for a direction to the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to verify and take appropriate action on the representation dated 24.03.2017, strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the fifth respondent Mr.Srinivas Rao that if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. 4.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and recording the above said submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to verify the representation dated 24.03.2017 filed by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of this order.
