HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26213 OF 2016 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondents for not conducting survey in demarcating the petitioner's lands and in not considering the petitioner's request for doing so. The counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T.S.) submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by an order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 03.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

A copy of the order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 may be tagged to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand disposed of.
