JUDGMENT

(Per Honourable Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) It is stated by Ms. Gorantla Sri Ranga Pujitha, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Ravishankar Jandyala, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent and Sri T.Sridhar, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, that the dispute between the parties has since been settled by the parties and original Award dt.07.09.2019 has been passed in Arbitration Case No.1 of 2019 by Dr. Justice Motilal B. Naik, former Judge of this Court. 2.

In view of the said submissions, the cause in the Appeal no longer survives for consideration and the Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
