HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.349 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 04.11.2016 in Crl.MP.No.1249 of in M.C.No.155 of on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, the petitioner filed this revision. Heard both sides.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the lower Court allowed the Crl.MP. filed under Section 125(1) Cr.P.C. by respondents 1 to 3 herein, who are wife and children of the petitioner, to grant interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/ - p.m. to each of them, directing the petitioner herein, to pay interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/ - p.m. to respondent No.1 and Rs.2,500/ - p.m. each to respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Since there are no grounds to admit the revision and rather than keeping the matter pending, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, without prejudice to the contest of both sides.
