THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.17787, 17801, 17803, 17846, 17979, 18010, 18013, 17797, 18084, 18106, 17818, 18348 & 18429 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners in the respective writ petitions and also the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents. Perused G.O.Ms.No.42 dated 29.03.2016 relied upon by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the writ petitions and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain these Writ Petitions.

Hence, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make representations within three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the authorities concerned decide those representations within one week from the date of representation and any grievance is left open subsequently according to law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
