HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11439 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent in removing the advertisements even before completion of three years license period.

This Court by order dated 12.06.2009 directed the respondent not to interfere with the business of the petitioner provided there is a license in favour of the petitioner.

As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the license expires by 01.09.2009. In view of expiry of the period of license, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
