This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the impugned notice issued by the 5th respondent which was served on the petitioner on 28.06.2016 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries to the land admeasuring Ac.4-30 and 0-90 cents in Sy.No.25/A of Haligera Village, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Survey and Boundaries Act, 1924.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions wherein it is stated that though they have issued notice to the petitioner, no action has been taken to fix the boundaries of the land as alleged by the petitioner and that the writ petition is filed only on assumption. It is further stated that if there is any dispute with regard to the title and enjoyment of the land, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court.
Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 16-08-2016 dv
