Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

As per the complaint given by Mandal Revenue Inspector, Quthbullapur Mandal, the allegations in FIR are to the effect that following the instructions of Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Quthbullapur Mandal, he enquired the representation made by Poor People Protection Samithi and found in the field inspection that both the accused resorted to encroachment of 1000 Square yards of Government land along with a vacant room constructed by PMI Crusher in Sr.No.329 of Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal and they are involved in other encroachments also. The investigation is reported to be pending. Having regard to prima facie material in the allegations, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
