HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5883 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that in pursuant to the certificate of registration issued by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner made an application on 08.02.2017 before the 4th respondent enclosing the original registered sale deed dated 18.02.2013, along with partnership deed doc.No.76/2016 dated 20.05.2016 requesting to consider the said documents for reflecting the name of the petitioner's company in the encumbrance certificate by making entries of the registered documents as per Doc.No.76/2016 as M/S. Sri RSR Plastics LLP enabling the petitioner to make further transactions, activities in the name of the said LLP. But till date, no action has been initiated by the 4th respondent on the application made by the petitioner on 08.02.2017. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, since the application made by the petitioner on 08.02.2017 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
