It is agreed that in somewhat similar circumstances entertaining, an identical lis in W.P.Nos.5119 of 2015 and 29137 of 2014 this Court has passed an order setting out directions for purpose of taking necessary further action. Hence, the cause in the writ petition stands disposed of on similar lines and terms contained in judgment dated 25.03.2015 in W.P.Nos.5119 of 2015 and 29137 of 2014. No order as to costs.

All the miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order passed in W.P.Nos.5119 of 2015 and 29137 of 2014 to this order.
