I.A.No.3 of 2018 is filed by the petitioners/respondent Corporation under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure to permit the petitioners/respondent Corporation to withdraw the tender Notification No.E1/12843/CMA/MCK/MCK/201718/217, dated 28.02.2018, which is impugned in the present writ petition, with a liberty to call for fresh tenders.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners that he has no objection.

As there is no objection from the writ petitioners, the application is allowed, permitting the petitioners herein/respondent Corporation to withdraw the tender Notification No.E1/12843/CMA/MCK/MCK/201718/217, dated 28.02.2018 with a further permission to issue fresh notification. 4.

Consequently, the writ petition stands closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
