THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.34519 of 2011 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of representation dated 26-09-2011 and not granting pattadar passbooks and title deeds to the land covered by D-Form patta in an extent of Ac.1-74 cents in R.S.No.24/3 and Ac.1-63 cents in R.S.No.46/2 at Palacherla Rajavaram, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District.

The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, after perusing the grievance made in the representation, dated 26-09-2011 submits that the 1st respondent can be directed to dispose of representation dated 26-09-2011 within a reasonable time after hearing respondents 3 and 4. I have perused the writ prayer and the material papers available on record.

The grievance is one of inaction in considering the representation dated 26-09-2011. Hence, I am satisfied that without calling upon respondents 1 and 2 to file counter affidavit, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to submit a copy of this order together with representation, dated 26-09-2011 to 1st respondent for consideration and disposal of her grievance.

(b) The 1st respondent on receipt of representation afford an opportunity to respondents 3 and 4 and take appropriate decision in accordance

with law.

(c) The entire exercise shall be completed within 12 weeks from the date of submission of representation along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 10-08-2016 Prv THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT
