HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4591 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.46 of 2015 on the file of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 120(b) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. On 12.6.2015, this Court directed the petitioner to attend before the Police, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad for a period of ten days, while directing the police not to arrest the petitioner during that period, and also directing to complete the investigation and file a report before this Court.

Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has not attended before the Central Crime Station as directed by this Court. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
