HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2466 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides. Revision is disposed of before admission by directing the respondents/ defendants to confine their construction only to the plots 3 and 4 and not to extend into plots 1 and 2 of the revision petitioner/ plaintiff.

It is made clear, while directing the lower court to dispose of the pending application for appointment of the Advocate-Commissioner after receiving counter, if any, of the respondents to the application, by appointing Advocate Commissioner for demarcation, directing the Advocate-Commissioner to measure the boundary between plots 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 by answering work memos, if any, so that further lis can be decided therefrom. Appointment of Commissioner shall be undertaken within two weeks from the receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
