At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail remedy available under law in case fresh cause of action arises. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to avail the remedy available under law in case fresh cause of action arises. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
