Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this Court, at the time of admission, granted interim direction, dated 05.09.2008. The main prayer and the interim prayer are one and the same and no orders are required in this writ petition. He further states that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
