THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18748 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the legal activities of the petitioner's Club as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, by order dated 08.09.2009 directed the respondents not to interfere with the activities of the petitioner-club including the game of cards-rummy.

However, if there is any violation, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action. In view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
