THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2568 of 2014 ORDER:

The present revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. questioning the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2422 of 2014 in C.C.No.691 of 2009 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, wherein and whereunder the petition filed under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. for recall of warrant pending against the petitioner was dismissed.

The counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that as the petitioner was suffering from ill health and advised to take bed rest, he could not appear on the date of issuing of N.B.W. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner on 25-03-2014 shall be stayed for a period of two (02) weeks from today. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court and make suitable application, if so advised, for recall of the non-bailable warrants, which shall be considered in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
