Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A3 and this Criminal Petition is disposed of at the admission stage as this Court is of the view that there is no reason to afford notice to respondents. 2.
The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against petitioner/A3 in CC No. 88 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad. Charge sheet was filed by the ACB represented by the Inspector of Police, ACB, Warangal in Crime No. 4/RCO-WRL/2012 against him and other accused for the offences under Sections 8, 12 and 14, 13(1)(a) & (d) of PC Act, 1988 r/w Section 109, 120(B), 34 IPC and under Section 13 (1) (a) & (d) r/w Section 13 (2) of PC Act, 1988 and Section 120(B), 34 of IPC. 3.
The trial Court has taken cognizance of the charge sheet and registered the CC. It is informed that in CC No.88/2015 notices were also ordered.

In view of the fact that the trial Court has taken cognizance of the matter and registered the CC and issued notices, this Court considered it not apposite to consider the quashment petition. However, the petitioner
UDPR, J CRL.P.NO. 3234 OF 2018 is at liberty to approach the trial Court and file an appropriate petition seeking his discharge, if he is so advised, in which case, the trial Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time but not later than four months after filing such petition. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
