S r i Bathula Raj Kiran, learned standing counsel for the respondents addressed letter dated 01.09.2015 to the Registry stating that the petitioner received all the amounts and also enclosed the letter of the petitioner addressed to the Registry dated 09.08.2015 wherein it is stated that he has received compensation and settled the matter with the respondents and seeks to dismiss the writ petition. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
