HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2091 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court by order dated 28-04-2014 in WPMP.No.14543 of 2014 in WP.No.11547 of 2014, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07-03-2014. Alleging violation of the same, the present contempt case is filed. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated that representation of the petitioner was considered and orders have been passed on 28-08-2014. The same is reiterated by Sri Ch.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the orders, dated 28-08-2014 in accordance with law.
