On instructions, Mr.D.Rangnath Kumar submits that the respondents will take steps required for complying with the order dated 19.02.2015 at the earliest, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record and the contempt case is closed. However, liberty is given to petitioners to apply for recalling the order if the respondents fail to comply with as undertaken now. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
