Sri Y.Ashok Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the matter reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a writ petition in public interest in relation to the illegal removal of sand from Pedda Vagu of Akunuru Village, Cherial Mandal, Siddipet District. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
