Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer and on committal, the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.21 of 2016 and the case was made over to the Court of I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
