This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the notice-2, dated 30.04.2019, issued by respondent No.1, as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners are lessees of the premises bearing D.No.2-4-89/ 1, Sastry Road, Sadasivpet Town and Mandal, Sangareddy District, which belongs to respondent No.1/ Sri Hanuman Mandir, Lopalikota, Sadasivpet Town and Mandal, Sangareddy District. 4 .

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments would submit that the duration of lease in respect of the subject premises ended on 31.12.2018.

As per the submissions made by both sides, there is no mention of respondents following the procedure established under law to seek eviction of the petitioners from the subject premises. Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed not to evict the petitioners from the subject premises without following the procedure established under law. 6 .

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
