This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in Crime No.218 of 2009 on the file of the Station House Officer, III Police Station, Kothagudem, Khammam District.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of the investigation, the police referred the matter as 'false'. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this criminal petition.
