ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 sanctioning permission for construction of residential house in favour of respondent No.3, vide proceedings in Roc.No.B/G1/21488/2009, dated 10.9.2015, vide permit No.122,
as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr. K.V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh Writ Petition by filing relevant material papers which could not be filed in this Writ Petition by mistake.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
