THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1376 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not investigating the case properly by sending the documents to forensic lab in crime No.280 of 2011 of I Town Police Station, Vijayawada, as illegal and arbitrary. No representation for the petitioner.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader of Home for respondents and perused the material on record. Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that on 28.01.2013 itself a final report was filed before the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, vide CF No.640/2013 closing the case as 'civil in nature'.

In view of the submissions of the learned AGP, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents, he is at liberty to take recourse to law for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
