It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 19-10-2016 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents, but no action has been taken yet.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and Government Pleader for Irrigation (TG) that the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the subject matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to verify the representation dated 19-10-2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
