As can be seen from the note of the Registry of the information collected from the trial Court, E.P.No.32 of 2007 filed and sale certificate issued by sale of the property and after sale confirmed, E.P. is closed, thereby, there is nothing remains to continue the revision. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is closed as purpose became infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
