This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree, dated 10.03.2010 passed in O.P.No.706 of 2007 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District & Sessions Judge(F a s t Track Court) at Sangareddy.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 21.08.2015 before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
