HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42038 OF 2016 ORDER:
The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent in not granting construction permission to petitioner in an extent of 250 square yards in Survey No.227/ 1 at Bahadurpally Village, Medchal (Gandimaisamma) Mandal, Medchal District, as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise jurisdiction vested in respondent No.4 Mr.Narender Reddy representing 4th respondent placed on record the communication dated 11.12.2015 rejecting the application of petitioner made for construction of a room in the property referred to above.
Mr. Lingaiah Yadav requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy against communication dated 11.12.2015 within three weeks from today. The learned standing counsel does not oppose the request.
The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioner is given liberty to avail the statutory remedy within three weeks from today.
