The action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the property of the petitioner in premises bearing No. 11-3-978, 995 and 996 situated at Gokulnagar, Mallepally, Hyderabad, without following due process of law, is challenged in this Writ Petition. The petitioner submits that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the above-said property having purchased the same from Sri Jutla Vasanth Rao. He alleges that based on the complaints lodged by the relatives of the said Vasanth Rao, without inquiring into the matter and without even issuing any notice, the respondent authorities have been threatening to demolish the subject property.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3.
Having considered the grievance of the petitioner, this Court thinks it appropriate to direct Respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the property of the petitioner without following the due process of law. Ordered accordingly.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
