HACJ & Dr. SA, J W.P.No.10225 of 2019 Dt: 08-05-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the order dated 02-05-2019, passed by the respondent No.2- State Bank of India, in I.A.No.2183 of 2019 in S.A.No.110/2019, as illegal, null and void.

After arguing the case for some time, Mr. T. Vijay Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition.

Liberty, as sought for, is granted. The appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
