Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

The impugned Order dated 12-11-2014 in Crl. Petition No.328 of 2014 in C.A.No.224 of 2014 is modified to the extent that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit Rs.60,000/- ( Sixty Thousand) before the trial Court on or before 02-06-2015, failing which, this Order shall be deemed cancelled. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
