CVNR,J & DVSS,J C.R.P.No.2117 of 2004 27.04.2018 ORDER:(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition is filed against order, dated 20.01.2004, in I.A.No.1568 of 2001 in O.S.No.1181 of 1993 on the file of learned X Additional Senior Civil Judge, (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby he has allowed the aforementioned I.A. filed by respondent No.1 for amendment of cause title pertaining to it.

Today, at the hearing, there is no representation for the parties.

A perusal of the docket proceedings shows that no interim order has been granted by this Court. In the absence of interim order, the suit, which is of the year 1993, would in all probability, has been disposed by now.

In the above circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to disposal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.Nos.9552 and 9553 of 2004 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs stand disposed of infructuous.
