THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Writ Petition No.18991 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.18374 of 2016 dated 14.06.2016.

Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the vehicle and the goods forthwith. This order does not preclude the respondents from launching prosecution against the petitioner in accordance with Section 59 of the A.P. Value Added Tax Act, 2005. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
