HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.11510 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer of petitioner is against inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of representations dated 15-02-2017 and 13-03-2017 filed against unauthorized construction in Sy.No.61-2A of Rachanapalli Village, Ananthapur Mandal and District. I have perused the representations given by the petitioner. This Court is of the view that the petitioner through representations dated 15-02-2017 and 13-03-2017 is calling upon the authorities to examine the deviation or unauthorized construction by respondents 6 and 7. The further allegation is that the construction of Temple/ Kalyanamandapam is contrary to the decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the orders issued by the Government from time to time.

Having regard to the nature of grievance and the inaction pointed out in the writ petition, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The respondents are directed to examine the grievance canvassed through representations dated 15-02-2017 and 13-03-2017, afford opportunity to all and take decision positively within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(b) The petitioner is directed to re-submit representations dated 15-02-2017 and 13-03-2017 by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from today.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
