THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4159 of 2014 P.C.:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The grievance made by the petitioner in the instant C.R.P. is that the learned Judge on three-four occasions, after hearing final arguments, closed the matter for judgment and again, on every occasion, he reopened the case for further hearing. Last, on 27.09.2014, he once again adjourned the matter for hearing to 21.10.2014.

I have perused the C.R.P. It is difficult to digest as to why learned Judge has reopened the case again and again. Be that as it may, the Court below is now directed to hear and decide A.S.No.299 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of this order. C.R.P. is accordingly disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE,J Dt:10.04.2015 kdl
