This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to write II Year IV semester Mechanical Engineering examinations which are scheduled to be commenced from 06.05.2019, by issuing Hall Ticket.

Since the examinations were already over, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
