Heard Mr. L.Vishnu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standihg Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

It is represented by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 22.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.26446 of 2023, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 22.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.26446 of 2023.

Bringing the said submission of both the learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.04.2o24 seeking to release electrical service connectaon to the petitioner,s building premises bearing Plot No.0572, admeasuring 167 Sq.yards, Phase-II, Situated in Sy.No.37 of Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandat, Ranga Reddy District now Medchal Malkajgiri District, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance to law, within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
