ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the order dated 17.'l '1 .2006 passed in R.A.No. 1 of 2005, on the file of Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, filed by the appellant against the impugned eviction order dated 2211.2004 passed by the Principal Rent Controller, Hyderabad, in R.C.No.215 of 2003. 2.
Learned counsel for revision petitioner reported that the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition and this revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
